About Me
Nala Sudo
Therapist, Dietitian (let me know what you want here)
Womb and Wildflowers began as a quiet unfolding—born from a deeply personal path toward presence, connection, and truth. For years, I felt disconnected from my body and emotions, unsure how to move through the world or process what I was feeling. Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. In that space of searching, I was met—again and again—with practices and experiences that brought me back to myself. To my body. To my voice. To my softness and my strength. To parts of me I hadn’t yet known how to meet.
These experiences weren’t things I intentionally sought out—they arrived when I needed them most. And over time, they stitched together a path that led to what is now Womb and Wildflowers.
Through offerings like pelvic steaming, intuitive energy practices, ritual rope, postpartum care, and sisterhood circles and retreats, I support others in slowing down and tuning in—to the rhythms of their bodies, the fullness of their emotions, and the wisdom they already carry. I don’t show up with all the answers. I truly believe that everything we need lives within us—but that doesn’t mean we’re meant to walk alone. My role is to walk beside you. To offer steady presence, and to create space for your process, your rewilding, and your remembering.
While many of the people I work with are womb-keepers in their reproductive years, my offerings are open to people of all genders, ages, and backgrounds. Each of my services may look different, but they are all rooted in the same values: connection, presence, and honoring the full spectrum of what it means to be human. Whether you’re joining a circle, receiving postpartum care, or exploring ritual rope, the invitation is the same—to come as you are, and to be met there.
The way I work is deeply inspired by the natural world. The earth has always been a mirror for me—a reminder that everything has its own season, that growth and rest are equally sacred, and that we are never separate from the cycles around and within us. Nature taught me how to listen inward, to soften, and to move with more trust. This connection to the land continues to shape how I live, how I relate, and how I support others in coming home to themselves.
While much of what I offer is grounded in personal experience, I also hold deep respect for the lineages and teachings that have helped shape me. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sustainability and Resource Management, and have completed additional training in shamanic practices through the Peruvian Andean lineage, full-spectrum pelvic steaming and hydrotherapy, Holy Fire Reiki (Master level), birth and postpartum doula care, and traditional postpartum belly binding.
In addition to Womb and Wildflowers, I co-lead Earth and Ether with the love of my life, Aaron. Together, we host community events that create space for expression, connection, and care—from ecstatic dances and drum circles to grief and rage rituals, yoga, meditation, concerts, and more—often in collaboration with other facilitators we trust and admire.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me dancing, reading, traveling, or exploring new ways of connecting with the land, with myself, and with others. My work is an extension of my life. A labor of love. And I’m honored to share it with you.
I offer deep gratitude and reverence to the teachers and wisdom keepers who have shaped my path—Vickie Evans of Old World Wisdom, Keli Garza of Steamy Chick, Mama Shafia and Mama Basmah of SMC Doulas, Tema Mercado of La Matriz Birth, Katie Hardaway of Selah Birth and Apothecary, and Truth of Transitions by Truth—as well as all the elders, teachers, and ancestors who came before them. Their guidance lives in this work and in the way I show up for others.
