Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement practice that allows you to express yourself fully, without expectation. It is a space of pure presence—where words fade, the body speaks, and emotions move freely. This practice has been used for centuries across cultures as a way to connect deeply with self, spirit, and community. The music will take you on a journey, inviting you to explore different rhythms, energies, and sensations through movement. Guidelines for Ecstatic Dance: 🌀 No talking on the dance floor – Let movement be the language. 🌀 No phones or cameras – Be fully present in the experience. 🌀 No alcohol or substances – Come as you are, fully embodied. 🌀 Respect each other’s space – This is a consent-based environment. For those who want a break from dancing or wish to socialize, a hangout lounge will be available inside our home, offering a cozy space to rest and connect with others. We invite you to come as you are and join us on the dance floor! 🌊 This gathering will take place in the home of Earth & Ether. The house is the last one on the right at the end of the court. You may park in either driveway on the sides of the house—please pull as far down as possible. If parking on the street, please park on the opposite side from the house. Do not enter through the front door. Instead, walk alongside the left side of the house and enter through the sliding glass doors.
